Who is ready to start PUSHING!? Join Brent Monday-Friday everyday for 15 minutes at 2:00 pm EST and crush 100 push-ups with the group! You can do 100 in a row or 100 sets of 1, it is up to you! We’re here to motivate each-other!

Hatha Yoga
Chris is a Coder by day and a Hatha Yoga enthusiast by night! For the past 3 years he’s been teaching Hatha yoga to his family and friends and now he wants to share with you all! Take this 40 minute class with Chris and you’ll be a Hatha expert in no time!
